Chief of Staff to the CEO

About the position

As the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Torticity, you will play a crucial role in executing the CEO's top-priority initiatives. This hybrid position involves managing high-level projects, ensuring strategic goals are met, and facilitating communication between the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team. You will oversee CEO-directed initiatives, manage timelines, and support the CEO in optimizing operations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
• Oversee and manage all CEO-directed initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor milestones and keep the CEO informed of progress on key projects.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to support growth and expansion strategies.
• Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, maximizing their efficiency.
• Administer the CEO's calendar, emails, and meeting preparations.
• Organize and manage leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and corporate events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a chief of staff or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• High emotional intelligence with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, communications, marketing, or a related field.
