About the position

Gantri is seeking a highly strategic and organized Chief of Staff to support the CEO in overseeing cross-functional operations and driving the company's success. This role will be instrumental in managing projects and coordinating strategies across various functions, including manufacturing, hardware development, software engineering, product design, and marketing. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate effective planning, communication, and execution of company-wide goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define and prioritize critical business strategies, set organizational goals, and translate these into actionable plans across departments.
• Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Collaborate with the CEO to prepare and deliver internal and external communications, including board reports, executive summaries, and company-wide updates.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights for important choices, strategies, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in project management, strategy, or operational roles, with exposure to manufacturing, hardware, software, product design, or marketing industries.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff or similar guiding position is preferred.
• Strong thoughtful and insightful abilities, with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measure outcomes.
• Solid project management skills, including experience with managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven track record of finding solutions to complex challenges and improving processes to drive efficiency and results.
