About the position

The Chief of Staff to the CEO will work closely with the cofounder/CEO, Art Agrawal, acting as an extension of the CEO and managing various projects to enhance operational efficiency and drive alignment across the organization. This role involves prioritizing the CEO's meetings and communications, making decisions on his behalf, and ensuring accountability within teams. The Chief of Staff will gain insights into the company's operations and contribute to scaling the business effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline cross-functional operations.
• Act as the CEO's liaison, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track company performance metrics.
• Lead and oversee high-priority projects from concept to execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, economics, or related discipline.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area or willing to relocate.
