About the position

The Chief of Staff to the CEO at Strider Technologies plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in driving the company's mission to protect innovation and ideals in the free world. This position combines traditional Chief of Staff responsibilities with strategic leadership and organizational management, requiring a deep understanding of national security and the international intelligence landscape. The ideal candidate will guide complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and make strategic decisions that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic direction and oversight for organizational management activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with Strider's mission and long-term vision.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that high-priority projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on issues related to strategic intelligence, leveraging deep knowledge of global trends and risks that impact technology and innovation.
  • Manage sensitive and complex intelligence requests from stakeholders, ensuring that research and responses are timely, accurate, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the Global Intelligence Team to perform intelligence analysis and provide actionable insights on the threat landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the strategic intelligence, government, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects across multiple teams and functions, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives.
  • Deep understanding of global risks related to intellectual property, targeted talent acquisition, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to a diverse audience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Nice-to-haves

  • A graduate degree and/or five years of professional experience in strategic intelligence or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
