About the position

The Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at Payoneer is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the HR organization's agenda and ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives. This position requires a senior strategic thinker with extensive HR experience, capable of navigating complex organizational dynamics and influencing results through collaboration. The role supports the Chief People Officer and the broader HR team in achieving the company's people goals and delivering impactful results across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CPO, helping to define, prioritize, and operationalize the HR strategy.
  • Provide consulting expertise to HR and business leaders, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making and optimize organizational design.
  • Oversee the operational rhythm of the HR function, managing the HR calendar, meeting agendas, and strategic planning processes.
  • Monitor and report on HR performance metrics, ensuring the HR function delivers value to the business.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across the HR leadership team, preparing briefing materials and reports for key meetings.
  • Act as a champion for culture and change, supporting the CPO in driving a high-performance culture.
  • Handle day-to-day tactical work, including managing key HR projects and supporting the HR team with complex problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated success in senior HR roles.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, and talent management.
