About the position

As Chief of Staff to the CEO at Torticity, you will play a crucial role in executing the CEO's top-priority initiatives. This position involves managing high-level projects, optimizing communication, and supporting strategic goals in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team. You will ensure that deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned while enhancing the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all CEO-directed initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Maximize the CEO's efficiency by managing workflows, preparing for critical meetings, and tracking action items.
  • Organize and manage leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, board preparations, and significant corporate events.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to support the CEO's growth and expansion strategies.
  • Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of high-priority projects.
  • Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing their priorities and ensuring timely execution of critical initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing feedback and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively identify potential problems or opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Handle the CEO's calendar, emails, meeting preparation, and oversee key projects.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across all internal and external communications.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Lead complex projects across multiple teams, focused on achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing high-impact projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker, comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Nice-to-haves
