About the position

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of the CEO's top-priority initiatives. This position involves managing high-level projects from inception to completion, ensuring strategic goals are met, deadlines are maintained, and all stakeholders are aligned. You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to optimize communication, streamline operations, and support CEO-specific project management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all CEO-directed initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Maximize the CEO's efficiency by managing workflows, preparing for critical meetings, tracking action items, and advancing the CEO's most essential initiatives.
  • Organize and manage leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, board preparations, and significant corporate events.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to support the CEO's growth and expansion strategies.
  • Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and respond to emerging challenges and opportunities.
  • Guide cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and efficient completion of high-priority projects in line with strategic goals.
  • Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing their priorities and ensuring the timely execution of critical initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing candid feedback and strategic recommendations on key decisions and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential problems or opportunities, providing the CEO with insights and recommendations.
  • Handle the CEO's calendar, emails, meeting preparation, and oversee key projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across all internal and external communications.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams, always focused on achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing high-impact projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, especially when working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker, comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and anticipating challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and excellence.
