About the position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, with at least five years of experience as a veterinarian. Experience in leadership and management is crucial, as this role requires the ability to inspire and guide a team of veterinary professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with staff, clients, and the Board of Directors. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential, as the Chief of Staff Veterinarian will need to balance clinical duties with administrative responsibilities.
