About the position

Cozymeal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and play a pivotal role in the company's strategic initiatives and operations. This position is designed for a high-potential individual who is ready to take on significant responsibilities and has the ambition to grow into a C-Level position within the organization. The Chief of Staff will oversee various strategic business initiatives, ensuring they are developed and executed successfully. This role will require collaboration with executive team members to prioritize business strategies and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also identify customer acquisition projects that yield the greatest return on investment and work with the partner recruiting team to optimize the onboarding process for partners, ensuring that the company meets existing demand effectively. In addition to these responsibilities, the Chief of Staff will work closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize impactful product features and identify new opportunities for development. The role will involve reviewing and designing improvements to organizational processes, addressing knowledge and skills gaps, and refining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track metrics that contribute to the company's overall success. The Chief of Staff will also collaborate with finance and accounting teams to maintain up-to-date financial records and identify opportunities for enhancing business performance. This position is crucial for driving Cozymeal's growth and productivity, making it an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution.
  • Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to maximize the impact of existing marketing initiatives and brainstorm new marketing initiatives.
  • Identify customer acquisition projects with the greatest impact and ROI for the company.
  • Work with the partner recruiting team to focus on the right markets, hire the right partners, and optimize the partner onboarding process.
  • Work with product/engineering teams to prioritize product features with the biggest impact and identify new features.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational processes; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
  • Refine existing KPIs and define new KPIs to track the most important metrics contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure the company's books are up-to-date and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting required.
  • Experienced leader with the capability of understanding the lowest level of detail and demonstrating a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' to get things done.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, adept at leading the work of a team, delegating and assigning work, and owning team outcomes.
  • Ability to scale the business through systems, processes, partners, and people development.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fast learner.
