The Chief of Staff reports to the MD, xScale and is responsible for supporting the xScale leadership team in defining, planning, and overseeing the execution of business-critical initiatives. The individual in this role will excel at collaboration, be outcome-oriented through others and establish trust-based relationships both internally and externally. They will resolve complex situations and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, appropriately prioritizing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a strong ability to be self-starting, be process oriented, and must possess strong communication skills and data analytic/research skills. The candidate will need to gain a deep understanding of the xScale business and the structure with JV partners. This is a key role in the Leadership team - this person needs to be a future thinker - see around corners, can anticipate what's coming and prepares the LT accordingly.
