The Princeton Review is seeking a highly qualified Chief of Staff to collaborate closely with our CEO and senior leadership team. This pivotal role is designed to enhance productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and effectively communicating objectives across departments. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business management, particularly in executive-level advising and fostering interdepartmental collaboration. In this role, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for optimizing the use of time, information, and decision-making processes for the CEO and senior leadership teams. This includes guiding interactions, projects, and goals to keep the leadership team on track and moving forward. The Chief of Staff will serve as an integrator, connecting work streams among senior leadership members and ensuring timely communication between the CEO, the senior leadership team, and the organization as a whole. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will provide valuable input and advice on various issues, projects, and goals across the senior leadership team, as well as research and recommend new and revised policies and strategies as needed. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for creating and maintaining systems and processes that streamline operations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization. This position is a key member of the senior leadership team and will involve other duties as assigned, making it a dynamic and impactful role within The Princeton Review.
