About the position

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic initiatives with daily operations at OneTrack, working closely with the CEO to ensure the company's vision is effectively executed. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to enhancing productivity across departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to translate the company's goals into strategies and operational plans.
• Support long-term strategic planning and goal setting, ensuring alignment between daily operations and organizational objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance productivity and optimize processes across departments and teams.
• Implement solutions and systems that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage critical initiatives from inception to completion, defining project objectives and establishing timelines.
• Analyze data, assess trends, and provide actionable insights to support the CEO's decision-making.
• Own and lead staff meetings, ensuring agendas are well-prepared and follow-up actions are tracked.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, facilitating critical discussions and ensuring team members have necessary resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years at a top-tier consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing tech startup
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Data-driven and analytical
• Experience creating reports in Tableau, PowerBi, or similar
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (8 out of 10 or higher)
• Accounting and basic financial modeling experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Management, or a related field
