About the position

As the Chief of Staff at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills. You will assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations on business strategies, operations, and performance metrics. Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports to support decision-making will be essential to your success in this position. In addition to strategic support, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the executive office. This includes coordinating and prioritizing the CEO's agenda, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects and tasks assigned by the CEO. As a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, you will facilitate effective communication between the CEO and senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders. Drafting and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO will also be part of your responsibilities. You will lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes will be crucial. Furthermore, you will mentor and support the executive team in achieving organizational goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will provide feedback and insights on various matters, contributing to the overall success of EdgeUno.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive support role in Telecommunications Industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Must speak Spanish and/or Portuguese natively as most of our team (95%) is based in Latin America and Caribbean.
