As the Chief of Staff at EdgeUno, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills. You will assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations on business strategies, operations, and performance metrics. Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports to support decision-making will be essential to your success in this position. In addition to strategic support, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the executive office. This includes coordinating and prioritizing the CEO's agenda, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects and tasks assigned by the CEO. As a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, you will facilitate effective communication between the CEO and senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders. Drafting and reviewing correspondence, presentations, and reports for the CEO will also be part of your responsibilities. You will lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful completion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes will be crucial.
