About the position

As Chief of Staff to Lasse, our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the organization by working directly with him to tackle critical challenges that arise within the business. This position is not just about holding a title; it is about diving deep into the operations and strategy of the company. You will be expected to take ownership of various projects and problems that the CEO faces, which means that your work will have a significant impact on the overall success of LiveFlow. This role is particularly suited for individuals who aspire to become Founders, CEOs, COOs, or other executive leaders in the future. In this dynamic environment, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization and analytical thinking. You will collaborate closely with the CEO on projects that are critical to the business, ensuring that you are always aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will also include stepping in to run specific functions within the company, such as customer success, product development, or recruitment, whenever these areas require additional focus and leadership. Moreover, you will be responsible for driving accountability across the organization. This includes leading internal meetings, overseeing various projects, and ensuring that team members are held accountable for their goals. Your role will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality in all deliverables. Additionally, you will assist with fundraising efforts by developing materials, managing investor databases, and refining pitches to potential investors. This multifaceted role promises a steep learning curve and the opportunity to grow significantly within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO on high-impact projects and problems.
  • Run a function that requires attention, such as customer success, product, or recruitment.
  • Drive accountability and oversee projects, leading internal meetings and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Assist with fundraising by developing materials and managing investor databases.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work experience in a high-accountability/high-work-ethic environment.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business areas and lead departments effectively.
  • Very analytical, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and executing them successfully.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business drivers.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, or similar environments is a major plus.
