About the position

The Chief of Staff at TAT Technologies is a pivotal role designed to support the Executive Leadership Team and lead operational excellence projects that are critical to the company's growth and success. This position involves overseeing strategic business initiatives, improving organizational processes, and serving as a liaison between staff and executives. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in meetings with the Executive Leadership Team and lead the agenda, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives and critical projects across the organization from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
  • Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure, identify knowledge and skills gaps, and help address them.
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing various administrative tasks.
  • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness in existing operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, managing inquiries and developing action plans to address them.
  • Coordinate and work with the office manager to support customer and internal visit arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
  • Critical thinking
