About the position

The Chief of Staff at Mochi Health will play a pivotal role in advancing strategic initiatives and optimizing operations within the organization. This position requires a proactive leader who will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to ensure alignment with the company's mission of improving patient-centered healthcare. The Chief of Staff will oversee cross-functional projects, build relationships with key stakeholders, and monitor industry trends to inform strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define, prioritize, and implement strategic goals.
• Oversee and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with organizational priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, providers, and team members.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes within healthcare to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments, breaking down silos and driving operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis on healthcare policy, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical engineering, healthcare administration, or related STEM field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities, with a high capacity for handling multiple initiatives.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry policies.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
