About the position

JustFab is seeking a Chief of Staff who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Co-CEOs and the executive team in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing internal communications. This position is designed for a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for facilitating collaboration across various brand and business units, ensuring that projects are scoped and implemented strategically. The role involves creating materials for board meetings, town halls, and external conferences, as well as managing internal communications, including investor updates and company-wide announcements. In addition to project management, the Chief of Staff will act as a strategic thought partner to the President of Global Fashion Brands, surfacing issues and driving alignment on executive projects. This position requires a strong communicator who can influence and persuade stakeholders across the organization, even without direct authority. The Chief of Staff will also serve as a liaison to cross-functional groups, focusing on analytics, process improvements, and problem-solving. Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience, preferably as a management consultant, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, innovative, and able to quickly learn about various business areas. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity are essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to think strategically and contribute to the long-term vision of the company while also being able to create compelling narratives and presentations for various audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional, company-wide projects by providing analytical rigor and facilitating collaboration.
  • Develop materials for company board meetings, all-company town halls, strategic off-sites, and external conferences.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including investor updates and strategic industry updates.
  • Facilitate weekly executive meetings and quarterly strategy off-sites, ensuring accountability and implementation of initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner for the President of Global Fashion Brands, surfacing issues and driving alignment on executive projects.
  • Serve as a liaison to cross-functional groups, focusing on analytics, process improvements, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years prior experience as a management consultant; pre-MBA candidates preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to get things done from ideation to implementation with little input needed.
  • Resourceful and innovative with a questioning mindset for process improvement.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly about various business areas.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and persuade stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in data analytics and financial planning.
  • Proactive problem solver who brings solutions, not problems.
