About the position

The Chief of Staff at Quanta Standard Inc. serves as a key advisor and strategic partner to the executive team, particularly the Chairman & CEO. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive office by managing critical projects, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The Chief of Staff supports teams across the organization to enhance productivity by implementing strategies that increase efficiency and streamline communication, fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic planning and execution support to the Chairman & CEO and the executive team.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the executive office.
  • Provide support to the Chairman & CEO and the executive team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating meetings.
  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring clear communication of executive decisions.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and address operational and strategic issues that arise within Quanta Standard.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with the Group Human Resources Director to support leadership development within the organization.
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Master's degree or post-graduate studies relevant to this role is highly preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in similar senior management roles.
  • Experience in strategic planning, project management, and executive support is essential.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
