About the position

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the President of Access Healthcare and CEO of Pacific BPO, facilitating effective communication and coordination of schedules. This role involves collaboration across various departments and stakeholders, focusing on general management, leadership, strategy execution, and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the culture of the organization and establish relationships with senior leaders.
  • Drive accountability through project management processes.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings for strategic projects.
  • Manage the President's agendas with a focus on business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Support the President in managing meetings and prioritizing action items.
  • Create minutes of meetings and track deliverables for the President and others.
  • Resolve issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Exercise professional maturity as the point of contact for internal and external relationships.
  • Build strong relations and uphold high ethical standards as a servant leader.
  • Direct and coordinate with other leaders to meet business unit goals.
  • Report timely to senior management and provide insights as a strategic advisor.
  • Research topics and prepare viewpoints for the President.
  • Manage strategic partnerships as directed by the President's office.
  • Develop execution plans for projects and meet deadlines across multiple requests.
  • Travel with the President for domestic and international conferences.
  • Update and revise strategic plans based on leadership changes.
  • Implement internal strategies to achieve company vision and objectives.
  • Participate in business planning and process improvement activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and support corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA from an accredited institution.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as Chief of Staff for an executive, ideally supporting CEO or C-level.
  • Ability to translate high-level business priorities into clear initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Extremely accountable, resourceful, and professional.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively and anticipate senior leadership needs.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
