About the position

As the Chief of Staff at Kraft Heinz, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of key projects and strategic initiatives within the Global Business Services (GBS) team. Reporting directly to the Head of GBS, North America, this highly visible and impactful position requires a blend of strong problem-solving and organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to effectively execute initiatives that align with business objectives. You will work closely with regional leadership, GBS vertical leads, and various corporate functions to plan and execute initiatives that enhance people engagement and drive business success. In this role, you will be responsible for combining diligent planning and organization with analytical rigor to drive initiatives for the teams. You will provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality, ensuring that projects are monitored and progress is tracked effectively. Your analytical acumen will be crucial in providing data-driven insights and recommendations that inform decision-making processes. You will develop detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the leadership team, showcasing your ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with various stakeholders, including WHQ, Corporate Functions, and other Zone leadership, to translate best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Flexibility is essential, as the dynamic nature of the GBS environment means that priorities may shift frequently, and you will need to adapt quickly to changing assignments and focus areas. This position is not just about managing projects; it’s about being a strategic partner who can navigate the complexities of the business and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, business management, or program management with a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects.
  • Experience working directly for senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of creating compelling, high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
  • Strong orientation towards outcomes and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
