About the position

The role involves collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, translating high-level goals into actionable objectives and key results (OKRs). The position requires facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment of team efforts with company objectives, and preparing executive communications, presentations, and reports. The individual will represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making processes when appropriate, overseeing critical company initiatives and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical company initiatives and special projects
• Manage competing priorities and resource allocation
• Analyze industry and company data to inform strategic decisions
• Stay abreast of music industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements across the organization
• Lead crisis response efforts and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategic roles within the music, tech, or related industries
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
