Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify, develop, and implement high-impact business process improvements.
• Drive and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress, addressing potential roadblocks.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Facilitate internal and external communications regarding key decisions and strategic directions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the business.
• Coordinate with Human Resources Leadership to support Executive Team development and effectiveness.
