About the position

FranklinCovey's Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, playing a pivotal role in fostering alignment and driving the execution of key initiatives across the organization. This position is designed for a highly skilled individual who can provide comprehensive support to the CEO, President of Enterprise, and the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in the successful implementation of a new go-to-market strategy. The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with the President of Enterprise and the Executive Leadership Team to facilitate strategic coordination, communication, and advancement of various strategic projects. In this role, the Chief of Staff will work with the CEO and President of Enterprise to develop and execute a new operating cadence for the fiscal year 2025, incorporating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other strategic frameworks. Acting as a key liaison between executive leadership and various departments, the Chief of Staff will ensure that initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. This position will also drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating efforts across departments and teams to achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Ultimately, the Chief of Staff will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, playing a critical role in advancing the organization's vision and achieving its objectives. This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in the contiguous United States, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for flexibility in their work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, President, Enterprise, and CRO in the successful implementation of a new go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives by coordinating efforts across departments and teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or communication.
  • 9+ years of experience as a director-level leader or higher with a focus in Operations, Strategy, or Enterprise.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff.

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
