About the position

Niron Magnetics is a venture-backed start-up that is pioneering the development of the Clean Earth Magnet®, a revolutionary magnetic material designed to replace rare earth permanent magnets. These magnets are essential components in electric motors, generators, sensors, and various everyday machines, playing a critical role in the green economy. However, the mining and refining of rare earth materials pose significant social and environmental challenges, alongside strategic supply chain risks due to geopolitical factors and anticipated shortages. Niron's Clean Earth Magnet® is unique as it is free from critical materials, including rare earth elements, thus eliminating the environmental damage associated with their use. The magnet is composed of abundant, commodity inputs, ensuring a secure supply chain. As the Chief of Staff at Niron Magnetics, you will be a vital advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing essential support in strategic decision-making, operational execution, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role is integral to the Commercial team, where you will assist in executing the company's vision, goals, and initiatives.
