The Chief of Staff position at GW MFA is a pivotal role within the senior leadership team, designed to work closely with the CEO and their direct reports to drive the organization’s strategic priorities and goals. This includes translating MFA’s strategic objectives into actionable operational plans that facilitate the achievement of goals. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for making data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, influencing the strategic direction of the organization through comprehensive analysis and executive summaries that inform strategy formulation and project implementation. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will develop comprehensive short- and long-term plans and strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the organization.
