About the position

The Chief of Staff for Brisbon Transportation Group LLC is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of the parent company and its subsidiaries. This position acts as a key advisor to the President and CEO, managing cross-functional projects, driving company-wide initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives. The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, process improvement, and team development, while also maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the President and CEO in managing and executing company goals.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes across departments, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Lead the preparation for executive meetings and key stakeholder presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive office and department heads to communicate business priorities.
  • Drive operational efficiency by overseeing critical business functions such as logistics, fleet management, sales, and finance.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to ensure alignment with the parent company's mission and values.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement best practices across all subsidiaries.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives across Brisbon Transportation Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Lead project management efforts for large-scale company initiatives.
  • Act as a mentor and leader to senior managers and directors within the company's subsidiaries.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment across all departments.
  • Assist in identifying leadership and skill development needs within the organization.
  • Ensure consistent communication of corporate goals and updates across all subsidiaries.
  • Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee IT operations and ensure technology infrastructure supports the business needs across all subsidiaries.
  • Ensure that all business operations comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership or Chief of Staff role, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or automotive industries.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, overseeing business operations, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance (DOT) is a strong advantage.
