The Chief of Staff will manage key projects, enhance communication across teams, and foster a collaborative culture, all while driving strategic initiatives and problem-solving collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and problem-solve collaboratively with the CEO.
• Manage key projects and maintain momentum, tracking progress and presenting actionable solutions.
• Act as a bridge for the CEO's vision, connecting teams and aligning them with clear communication.
• Foster strong relationships across teams to create a high-energy, collaborative work environment.
• Streamline decision-making to reduce the CEO's burden by taking ownership of strategic choices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar strategic role.
• Experience in a Chief of Staff role or supporting senior executives is a plus.
• Strong and concise communication skills to simplify ideas and engage people effectively.
• Energetic problem-solver with creativity and resilience.
• Hands-on leader with a track record of managing projects, people, or initiatives.
