About the position

The Chief of Staff role is a strategic position that involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, improve processes, and support project management activities. This position serves as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The Chief of Staff will also provide executive assistance to the leadership team and coordinate administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
• Assess current business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and project goals.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Support project management activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and status reporting.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support efficient office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
