About the position

The Chief of Staff will assist the CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives while serving as a key point of contact for department heads, executives, investors, and owners. This role involves monitoring strategic projects, managing day-to-day operations, and leading high-priority initiatives to ensure timely delivery and effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic projects and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
  • Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing events.
  • Prepare and review executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle all travel arrangements and keep the executive informed of any changes.
  • Research, draft, and update reports as needed.
  • Assist with business planning efforts and high-impact initiatives across the company.
  • Organize and coordinate all Board Meetings, Customer Meetings, Investor Meetings, and Leadership Meetings.
  • Interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible and proactive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10 years of recent and related experience supporting C-Level executives.
  • Expert with MS Office applications, including PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with Type A organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations with limited information.
  • Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
  • Must be a critical thinker and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, or employees.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and produce quality work on time.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and procedure manuals.
  • Capability to work efficiently and professionally with limited supervision.
