About the position

The Chief of Staff at PollyEx is a strategic leadership role focused on driving company-wide planning, prioritization, and execution of high-impact projects. This position partners closely with the CEO and executive team to define and communicate strategic objectives, ensuring alignment across the organization. The Chief of Staff will oversee project management, reporting, and analytics, while fostering a culture of accountability and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define, prioritize, and communicate strategic objectives.
  • Lead the quarterly planning process across teams and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee high-impact cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries to provide insights into organizational performance.
  • Establish frameworks to measure progress against goals and foster a culture of accountability across teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
  • Evaluate and refine internal processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role, such as Chief of Staff, management consulting, or senior operations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to dive into operational details when necessary.
  • Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and committed to fostering accountability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the mortgage industry or related financial services.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
