About the position

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in assisting and administrating the Office of the Bishop, ensuring that the direct upline is kept informed about significant issues that arise. This position is responsible for the management and expansion of the Harvest Leadership Network, which involves strategic planning and execution to enhance the network's reach and effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will oversee the excellence and efficiency of campus operations, which includes coaching and leading staff, managing human resources, and handling vendor and account management, as well as addressing various personnel issues that may arise. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Chief of Staff will ensure that campus communications are effective and efficient. This includes overseeing campus ministries and worship experiences, as well as planning and coordinating events on the campus master calendar. The role also encompasses the management and expansion of the HarvestU program, the Dream Team, and the Apprenticeship program, ensuring that these initiatives are well-supported and effectively executed. The Chief of Staff will be a key player in fostering a collaborative and productive environment within the organization, driving initiatives that align with the overall mission and vision of the Office of the Bishop.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and administrate the Office of the Bishop.
  • Keep direct upline briefed on significant issues.
  • Manage and expand the Harvest Leadership Network.
  • Ensure excellence and efficiency of campus operations.
  • Coach and lead staff in various capacities.
  • Handle human resources and personnel issues.
  • Manage vendor and account relationships.
  • Oversee campus communications and ministries.
  • Plan and coordinate campus worship experiences.
  • Manage the campus master calendar events.
  • Oversee HarvestU management and expansion.
  • Manage and expand the Dream Team and Apprenticeship programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in personal assistant roles or similar positions.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leadership roles within a church or religious organization.
  • Familiarity with campus operations and management.
