About the position

The Chief of Staff at Earnest will serve as a critical advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and insights to inform decision-making on key business initiatives. This role involves driving cross-functional initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, ensuring effective execution and collaboration across the organization. The Chief of Staff will also craft data-driven materials for stakeholders and facilitate executive-level discussions, enhancing the quality and impact of the CEO's work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a critical advisor to the CEO, offering strategic guidance and insights for decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities.
• Craft compelling, data-driven materials for senior stakeholders and refine the CEO's work.
• Play a central role in executive-level discussions, ensuring the CEO and Executive Team receive the right information.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or Venture Capital/Private Equity.
• Experience operating in a high-growth technology company.
• Proven history of taking on expanded responsibilities and leadership roles.
• Demonstrated exceptional analytical capabilities with a track record of leveraging data for strategic decisions.
• Superior communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• High level of senior presence to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Exemplifies integrity and discretion in managing sensitive information.

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years post MBA from a Top Tier Program.
• Experience in lending and/or Fintech.
