The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by optimizing decision-making processes, facilitating communication, and driving alignment across AHLA's leadership team. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of association management, strategic operations, and executive-level leadership. As a growing organization, this role will improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity and lead in enhancing cross-departmental functions. This role reports to the President and CEO and works closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
