About the position

The Chief of Staff (COS) plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the President of Sales and Commercial at Congruex. This position involves overseeing daily operations across finance, commercial, and sales sectors, ensuring effective communication and strategic project leadership. The COS will engage with various stakeholders, manage performance reviews, and provide operational support to enhance organizational efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and interact with leadership, employees, clients, and stakeholders across the company.
  • Aggregate and maintain monthly performance reviews across all programs.
  • Collaborate with internal communication leaders and functions like HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Lead various high-profile projects and initiatives strategically.
  • Explore and analyze data related to production, financials, efficiency metrics, and KPIs.
  • Manage initiatives such as quarterly financial reviews and coordinate leadership initiatives.
  • Provide operational support, including business process reviews and standardization of communications.
  • Offer insight and recommendations for organizational growth plans.
  • Evaluate departments/processes and suggest process automation and increased efficiency.
  • Prepare and coordinate PowerPoint presentations for internal and external needs.
  • Manage the CFO and Sales Leaders' schedules, including meetings and travel planning.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management and establishing accountability frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior leaders across various departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Resourcefulness and initiative to lead high-profile projects.
  • Analytical aptitude to conduct research and interpret industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, poise, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience providing leadership support in financial, construction, or communications sectors.
