You will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing strategic insights and guidance while overseeing daily operations, prioritizing executive tasks, and driving key projects to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, while acting as the primary liaison between the executive team and all stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication. Additionally, you will identify and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, driving continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing strategic insights and guidance.
  • Oversee daily operations, prioritize executive tasks, and drive key projects to completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of strategic success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex problems with composure and efficiency.
  • A deep-seated commitment to the organization's mission and values.
  • Unwavering ethical standards and a strong moral compass.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Nice-to-haves
