About the position

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Ensure alignment of team efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and review executive communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Oversee critical company initiatives and special projects.
  • Manage competing priorities and resource allocation.
  • Analyze industry and company data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay abreast of music industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
  • Lead crisis response efforts and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic roles within the music, tech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
