Responsibilities

• Work closely with business owners to help prioritize tasks and initiatives.
• Improve day-to-day operations by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes.
• Oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and resolving high-impact issues.
• Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with company objectives.
• Serve as a bridge between business owners, team members, and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Lead and manage ad hoc special projects that support strategic growth.
• Provide solutions to operational and organizational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role.
• Experience working as a Chief of Staff or similar role is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate a constantly evolving environment.
• Proficiency with business tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
