About the position

As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO and senior leaders, providing strategic, administrative, and operational support. This role is crucial for ensuring that business operations align with the company's goals and mission, overseeing critical initiatives, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication between executive leadership and the broader organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of company strategies and plans.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive team to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Oversee key projects and initiatives from inception through completion ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track and on budget.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO, executive team, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and improve processes.
  • Work with HR to support recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining high employee morale.
  • Conduct research, provide analysis, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive team for information, advice, and support.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, priorities, and correspondence to optimize their time and effectiveness.
  • Prepare materials and agendas for executive meetings, facilitating follow-through on action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic or senior management role, preferably including experience in consulting or executive support.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Proven ability to manage up and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
