About the position

The Chief of Staff at Atalco Gramercy Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational support activities for the C-Suite, managing business performance systems, and driving strategic projects. This role serves as a key advisor to the executive team, facilitating efficient decision-making and alignment on critical initiatives while mentoring managers and high-potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational support activities on behalf of the C-Suite.
• Manage business performance systems and problem resolution.
• Aggregate information and drive strategic projects.
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the team.
• Serve as a point of contact or gatekeeper between corporate management and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment and execution on critical initiatives.
• Create and deliver reports and presentations.
• Provide oversight and guidance to high-importance projects.
• Develop and approve policies and procedures for the business.
• Maintain organizational performance management systems that track company performance.
• Organize and chair cross-functional teams to drive organizational performance.
• Mentor managers and high-potential candidates.
• Develop and deliver improvements in administrative processes and procedures.
• Act as a change agent driving cultural, execution, and accountability improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a management role within multiple disciplines.
• Experience in Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Communications, IT, and staff management.
• Strong skills in using data management and presentation software.
• Exposure to organizational change methodology.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with others.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications or related field required; an advanced degree is a plus.
