About the position

The Chief of Staff at Interlaced will work closely with the CEO and executive team to manage strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency within the organization. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a passion for enhancing operational processes in a fast-paced environment. The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in translating high-level business goals into actionable plans and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and assist in translating and implementing high-level business goals into actionable plans.
  • Drive operational efficiency by developing, refining, and executing business processes across the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and division leaders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on company priorities.
  • Assist in preparing and managing company performance metrics, presentations, and reports for the executive team and board meetings.
  • Facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of company-wide projects, ensuring that all teams meet deadlines and goals.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and decision-making when necessary.
  • Gather and analyze data to assist the CEO and leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Provide recommendations based on research.
  • Take ownership of special projects and drive initiatives critical to the company's success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Operations, Program Manager or similar strategic role in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving and driving process improvements.
  • Familiarity with private equity environments is a plus.
