About The Position
We are hiring a talented and experienced Chief of Staff for the Chief Technology officer (CTO) to join our global team at Xsolla! The Chief of Staff (COS) will partner with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the CTO's vision and technology strategy across the organization. This role requires close partnership with leaders across Xsolla and will conduct presentations to the C-Suite. A successful candidate will be technical, have the ability to think on their feet, be analytical, and have project delivery experience. In addition, you are incredibly organized and able to strategically work on multiple projects simultaneously. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work behind the scenes to continue to make Xsolla, the CTO and other executives shine. As Chief of Staff, you will also be comfortable being the face of the technology team in the CTO's absence.
