About the position

The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in managing key initiatives across various functions, including operations, business development, and organizational strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and the aptitude to foster strong relationships across the organization. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment of priorities, facilitating communication, and driving key initiatives to successful completion. In this role, you will provide high-level strategic support to the CEO in decision-making, project management, and execution of company-wide initiatives. You will oversee and coordinate the integration process between Cicero and key partners, ensuring seamless operations and alignment of goals. As a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, you will facilitate effective communication and information flow. You will lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This includes preparing agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables. Conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to support the CEO in making informed decisions will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive organizational goals, while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the executive office.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; strong academic record preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services or consulting industry.
