About the position

The Chief of Staff to the CEO at Cosm is a senior-level position responsible for managing the daily operations of the CEO. This role serves as a key advisor and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating special projects and strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, providing strategic advice and guidance while representing the CEO in various engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's schedule and priorities, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects, initiatives, and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
• Travel frequently with the CEO to various locations across the U.S. and globe.
• Partner closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Manage executive-level meetings, including agenda setting, presentation preparation, and follow-up.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to the CEO on key business decisions and organizational priorities.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Represent the CEO in various internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or other related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of professional level experience in a fast-growing technology or entertainment industry.
• 2+ years as a Chief of Staff or similar position is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently with little notice.
• High EQ with the ability to read a room and present effectively to different audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong excel skills with the ability to create and analyze data.
