About The Position
The Chief of Staff at Trident Seafoods Corporation plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Operations Officer (COO) by leading the executive office and driving operational excellence. This position is responsible for managing the Rhythm of Business (RoB), facilitating executive engagements, and overseeing special projects and communications. The Chief of Staff will work closely with a diverse network of stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
