About the position

The Chief of Staff (CoS) at World 50 Group serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, facilitating effective operations and communication within the organization. This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, supporting decision-making through data analytics, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The CoS acts as a liaison with the Board and other stakeholders, coordinating key meetings and communications to enhance the CEO's effectiveness and the overall organizational climate.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the CEO's time and attention is leveraged most effectively by managing meeting cadence, attendees, and content.
  • Organize agendas and materials, take clear notes, and manage follow-on actions.
  • Support data analytics and preparation needed for effective decision-making.
  • Liaison with the Board on agenda and logistics for impactful meetings.
  • Keep the CEO informed of the current company climate in partnership with the People & Culture team.
  • Ensure critical meetings are run according to goals and standards.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Strategy to coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and run prioritized CEO projects and broader leadership team initiatives.
  • Create communications on behalf of the CEO for board meetings and large-scale updates.
  • Manage internal communications and flow of information across the business.
  • Provide triage support for inbound communications to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Must be at Director level or above.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Unfailing confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven success in leading results within tight timeframes.
