About the position

Samba TV is seeking a Chief of Staff (COS) to autonomously execute and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This pivotal role will help shape and implement the company's business strategy, supporting key initiatives and ensuring effective communication within the executive team and throughout the organization. The COS will act as a consultant, operator, and trusted advisor, synthesizing essential information for the executive team and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and disseminate insights and KPIs to unlock opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in setting monthly and quarterly priorities for the executive team, facilitating resource alignment to meet objectives.
  • Work with various teams to execute high-priority projects and manage executive involvement in key initiatives, planning sessions, and business reviews.
  • Provide support and insights to the leadership team, ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.
  • Help plan and execute communication strategies for customer and partner engagements, and internal initiatives.
  • Identify issues that impede success and provide recommendations for solutions, fostering cross-group collaboration.
  • Help prepare documents and coordinate with key executives for Board meetings.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations and drive process optimization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Datorama, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms).
  • Understanding of recent AI models and their applications for insights, content, and data analysis.
  • Experience in presentation, meeting planning, and communication across various audiences.
  • Solution-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, strategy, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL/R, scripting languages, data visualization and analysis in Excel.
  • Ability to present information in clear, beautiful, and polished PowerPoint.
  • Concise, persuasive, and authentic in both verbal and written communication.
  • Strong judgment, confidentiality, and sophistication in all aspects of work.
  • Committed to in-office presence (4-5 days/week).

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in investment banking or consulting.
  • Experience with product management, with strong emphasis on project management, prioritization, and cross-team collaboration.
