Chief of Staff

About the position

As our first Chief of Staff, you'll be responsible for driving mission-critical projects. This could include anything from revamping the student support function, leading a company rebranding project, or helping launch a new product. In this role, you can expect to drive the highest-impact, most cross-functional strategic initiatives and outcomes across the company, dive deep into data and processes to identify critical insights for the business and translate them into action, own projects and business areas end to end, including revamping processes, identifying new features, and hiring, and partner with leadership as a trusted thought partner across the business.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup
• Highly analytical with strong communication skills
• Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done successfully
• Not afraid to get hands dirty
• Learn quickly through experimentations
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
