About the position

The Chief of Staff at Bright Ideas Realty will serve as the main point of contact for the team owner, managing various systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires extensive knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and involves overseeing transaction coordination, financial management, and marketing processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and driven to implement innovative business processes that save time and money, ultimately allowing the sales team to focus on generating transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing.
  • Assist in documenting the systems of other departments via an Operations Manual and video.
  • Oversee all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying bills, handling payroll, ensuring commission collection, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
  • Manage all contracts through closing and oversee the operations and sales portion of the closing process.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards in writing and video.
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Hire, train, consult, and hold accountable all additional administrative department members and sales agents.
  • Oversee all company marketing processes and procedures for listings and annual marketing plans.
  • Maintain accountability for sales quotas and mentor team members to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Track all sales and ROI for lead systems and ensure training on all systems is provided to team members.
  • Build and maintain all action plans and manage the listing process to ensure timely closures.
  • Train on inspection negotiations for listings and buyers.
  • Oversee the onboarding of agents and ensure accountability to their 30-60-90 day plans.
  • Create and implement all accountability/onboarding materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid Real Estate License required.
  • 1-3 years of service and management experience.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge about the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) program.
