About the position

As the Chief of Staff at Keyplay, you will work directly with the CEO on a wide range of initiatives across various functions including product, sales, customer success, marketing, and business operations. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can act as an internal consultant, owning special projects and unblocking other teams to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for accelerating product strategy and management, helping the team make informed product decisions by researching and analyzing product opportunities and customer feature requests. Additionally, you will create and execute systems for quality assurance, data review, and validating new features. In this position, you will facilitate Go-to-Market (GTM) execution by partnering with sales, customer success, and marketing teams. You will serve as the CEO's proxy on key projects, accounts, and deals, which includes tracking progress, reporting, forecasting, and creating essential assets for the teams. Your role will also involve creating leverage for the CEO and CTO by taking projects off their plate, identifying bottlenecks, and acting as a strategic thought partner for planning and company operations. You will lead company operations by facilitating the company's operating cadence, which includes quarterly OKRs/goals, bi-annual company offsites, and annual forecasting and budgeting. This position is ideal for someone who is a business generalist with product management skills and a strong understanding of software development processes. You should be a system builder who can design processes, test, and iterate effectively. The role requires a results-oriented mindset, with a passion for setting goals and executing plans meticulously. You will thrive in an early-stage environment, embracing ambiguity and autonomy while contributing to the growth of Keyplay.
