About the position

The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, growth, and operational maturity of a rapidly growing consulting firm focused on delivering technology solutions to the US Intelligence Community. This position involves working closely with the COO to create a strategic vision aimed at achieving sustainable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of continuous improvement and efficiency-focused plans to drive towards 15%+ Revenue growth
• Build and execute upon a predictable, measurable, and repeatable revenue growth playbook across the business
• Partner with the COO to oversee the day-to-day operations of all business functions including pricing strategy, customer/employee retention, contract capture, and business development
• Oversee the finance and accounting function to ensure timely monthly financial close, accurate KPI reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Directly manage a Senior Accountant
• Be a people-leader, empowering individuals to grow and lead within the organization
• Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in private-equity, investment banking, consulting, or strategy roles
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Financial acuity with a firm understanding of how to read and analyze a P&L
• Enthusiasm for scaling an organization
• Energized by a high-growth environment and opportunity for increased responsibility
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to communicate complex information at varying levels of detail
• Spirit of continuous improvement to implement new processes
